EXCHANGE POLICY
All products are allowed for exchange only in case of size variation under the below mentioned conditions:
The product must be sent for exchange within 3 days of its delivery.
Products must be in a resalable condition, failing the products will not be accepted.
If the product shows sign of use (dust, smell, stickers, mounts) or otherwise is in a condition other than it was received cannot be exchanged.
The customer has to bear the cost of shipping the product to our warehouse in Bangalore.
Helmets must be shipped back as they were received in their original helmet bag, box and include all original paperwork and accessories.
The product must be accompanied with the original invoice from any of our authorized dealer.
The exchange is applicable only in case of size difference. No Return/Refund will be issued under any situation.
If the required size is unavailable in a particular model, customer will have to wait till that particular model is back in stock in the required size, or choose from an available model of the same price.
Products which are not purchased from the authorised dealers or bought under discount or offers cannot be exchanged.
Products sent to us on COD basis will be rejected.
SHIPPING POLICY
Shipping is free across India.
The products will be shipped through our logistics providers only.
Products will be shipped within two working days of payment receipt subject to availability of the stock.
The transit time after the product is despatched from our warehouse will vary from 2 days to 10 days depending on the region in India.
We are not responsible for any delays in the transit time by the logistics provider.
WARRANTY POLICY
Warranty covers only the defects arising from materials or manufacturing.
The warranty does not cover the product in the following cases:
Any damage of,
Fall or accident.
Any modification done by the user or a third party (glue, adhesives, paint, screws, etc.,)
Application of harmful chemical products (including methylated spirits on the visor treatments) or an intense heat source.
Incorrect use, abnormal conditions (e.g. underwater), lack of maintenance or care.
Ageing due to normal wear and tear of the inner fabrics or foams, the appearance of the external parts, or the visor (scratches, marks, etc.,)
Abnormal and prolonged exposure to ultra-violet rays or direct sunlight, in particular for the decorative and fluorescent colours.
Colour fading, chipping or degradation due to usage.
The accessories are not covered under warranty.
Products bought under discount, or offers are not covered under warranty.
In addition, the Company does not cover the subjective considerations related to use of the helmet as defects, such as, problems with comfort, size, noise or whistling, aerodynamics, etc.,
The Company guarantees exclusively the helmet and its components for a period of one year from the purchasing date as regards to conformity of the product to the manufacturing defects. The company undertakes to repair the defective product (or one of its parts) or to replace it, with no extra charge to the customer if the customer sends the product to our warehouse with valid invoice.
